Research & Testing
As part of the lead designer role, we interviewed USC students and international students to understand their learning habits and challenges with English proficiency tests. We then tested the app with over 1,000 users, gathering feedback on usability and engagement.
This version was one of several design iterations, where I focused on refining the interface to make language practice more intuitive, supportive, and culturally accessible.
